What is a Location component?
A flex offer for GOPACS always needs to be linked to a specific location. The location is determined by the grid connection (EANcode).
Grid operators can determine the location of a flex offer by the EAN code of the specific grid connection. Therefore, for each flex offer, the location should be specified by adding the location component, or EAN code, of the connection the flex offer refers to.
